The NEO-4 Tilt Up Four Bike V-Rack™ fits both 1.25in and 2in hitch receivers and has a tilt up shank with a 5 inch rise that is ideal for ground, garage and parking clearance. The carrier's lightweight and modular design offers easy handling and quick compact storage while on-to-go.
